The laptop is sold as is with no returns or refunds accepted under any circumstances.

The laptop powers up in boots in the Windows XP, however it is missing many of the necessary drivers to get the system up and running properly. The speakers also don't sound the best. I am not sure if this is a driver issue if they are broken or that is just how they are with the laptop. The battery on the laptop also no longer holds a charge at all. The original Fujitsu power adapter is included with the sale.
