Vintage DESIGNER Corrine Original 1954 cupcake or wedding dress. New look full skirt style. Bought directly from the original family, this is a 1954 wedding dress in shockingly good condition. I would imagine this dress was worn only once. Comes with a lace bolero with self fabric covered buttons. Truly rare piece. Would be great for a formal cocktail, wedding, or prom! Skirt has three layers. A heavy satin skirt base, stiff net, then a lighter tulle with the lace detailing. Bodice has a side zipper in great condition. Wearable piece.

CONDITION:

I would say very good. Seams are barely frayed. SOME SPOTTING as pictured but could possibly be lifted. No guarantees. As with all vintage pieces this dress included it has a vintage smell but has been sprayed with a strong peppermint mist to stray bugs away too. There are no tears or holes I’m aware of. Please keep in mind this is a true vintage piece and may have flaws that reflect its provenance.

MEASUREMENTS:

Modern XS I would have to say. My mannequin has a 34 bust and 25 waist, and the dress was hard to zip on it. Safely can be worn with a Bust measurement of 32-33” and a waist of 23-24.” Length of skirt is 34.” Tea length. Hips are free. Shown over a crinoline not included.
