This is a rare songbook from 1969 featuring 23 songs from several of The Rascals' albums. There are also a couple of black & white photos.

Most of the songs are from their 5th album Freedom Suite, which was a double album dedicated to Martin Luther King, Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy. It was released in 1969 and features songs of anguish and optimism. "People Got To Be Free" was a huge #1 hit followed by the Top 40 hit "A Ray of Hope". 12 songs from this album are included in the songbook:
