From my personal Captain Action collection. 

Vintage Captain Action Figure with Uniform and Accessories. Cape has Red Plastic Tape to repair split. Belt has a small split at buckle. Original vintage figure, eyebrows have some bleed on them. Nice figure IMO. All Original & Vintage parts, Repro Emblem I believe. 

Hard to find and very collectible for the Ideal Captain Action line.
