Bratz Phoebe comes redressed in a cute outfit and in very good condition. It looks like the previous owner may have cut off her bangs as there is a little stubble by the top of her head. There is a tiny mark on her forehead that is made visible in one of the pictures, along with any other potential scuffs or scratches. Her hair is finely streaked with brown and dark red, with lavender eyes, pink lips & a fair complexion. She is about ten inches tall.
