The Paul Kohl, Fischerwerk, Stahlwarenfabrik, company began in 1908, though some sources claim back to 1816. Paul Kohl officially registered with the chamber of commerce on December 3, 1920. Kohl manufactured and sold: razors, razor blades and scissors of the finest quality.

 The razor appears to be silver plated.  Very unusual and rare razor.
