Believe this is a Lionel 4 Wheel Scout Motor O Gauge Untested Pre-war

I have know way to test this motor. Selling as untested and parts only. 

There is a piece of plastic / Bakelite broken off. The wheels move freely and the rest looks in good condition. Sold as pictured.
