You are bidding on volume four of Powers Definitive Hardcover Collection from Icon Comics. This hardcover was released in 2011 & collections issues 1 through 18 from the second series of the same name. All the issues were written by Brian Michael Bendis with art by Michael Avon Oeming. Here's how the story is described:

CONDITION
This item has been kept on my bookshelf since I purchased it & is still sealed. It is as closed as you can get to Mint condition. Please see pic(s).
