1862 T-42 $2 The Confederate States of America Note.

This note features an allegorical Vignette at the center representing the South Striking Down the North. At the upper left is a portrait of Judah P. Benjamin, a noted Jewish lawyer and states man who was Secretary of War and then State for the Confederacy.

This note grades Fine+ with a small tear on the top left edge. 

It measures ~ 6.25" x 2.8".
