Chassis block mainly metal, moulded static wheels/moulded static valve gear.
Valve gear is moulded and fixed and static/non operative
and chassis is NOT designed to roll on a layout.
Has never had a motor or drive/housing and is not built to be run, it is a static model.
Ideal if you require a Locomotive body, or for adding a chassis,
or for positioning in a Loco Shed siding.

Use it as it is, or could be weathered and/or a basis for a scrapyard item maybe.
