"Dungeons & Dragons Basic Set" boxed set (TSR 1981, magenta cover, likely 9th Printing). Front cover of box has a small area of paper loss at top right, font cover of box has dishing.  Small dent on one "wing" of the Fighter's helmet.  Back box cover shows dishing and a scuff mark at center-top and a pencil (?) line at 3 o'clock (see photos).

Contents include the Basic Rulebook (64pp. with index in black ink), Dungeon Module B2 The Keep On The Borderlands (28pp. plus map/cover), 1981 TSR "Gateway To Adventure" catalogue, and a TSR RPGA membership invitation flyer.  Also includes the set of six (6) uncolored (yellow), unmarked polyhedral dice with red crayon (appears unused).
