Gorgeous and fantastic frame

Faith Ramsay Frederick" who was an American artist. She was born in Michigan on Dec. 13, 1886. Faith Frederick appears to have moved to California at an early age. She studied at Otis Art Institute under Rich, Zornes, Mugnaini, and Buff. Her landscapes are similar to those of Manuel Valencia. A spinster, she died in Torrance, CA on Jan. 28, 1980.
