The doll is never removed from box. Her box is in excellent condition.

Doll was purchased during D23 in 2019 and has spent most of the time in storage.

*Her Certificate has some dings*

 - I received her this way straight from D23 so guessing it's a factory defect. The doll remains in pristine condition and the box also in excellent condition
