Will not be to everyone’s taste but we’ll made brass lamp stand with Capodimonte style porcelain figurine. However, light fitting appears to be English made so figure maybe Staffordshire.

Velour covered base with green baize underneath.

Wire has been cut to base of lamp so untested.

Figurine appears to be in very good condition - it is glued to velour base.
