Both I'm very good condition.

Only the lightest of surface marks on CD, plays perfectly. Box in excellent condition, no discolouration of white plastic. No flaws to note on booklet.

Book is in very good conditon too. No creases on spine. Some discolouration on top of pages, have tried to take photo.
