Working condition, comes as seen with accessories to fit on LGA1150 processors.

The radiator was removed for cleaning periodically and 2 out of the
4 screw holes on it are bigger than they used to be, so the fine threaded
factory screws don't hold tight anymore. Replacing them with screws one or two sizes
thicker would solve this, however the radiator can be still fitted on the computer case as is.

Comes as seen on the 1st image. No other accessory included.
It is possible your PC needs other parts & cables to rig it up.
