This is a rare, early Nikon prime. Unusual focal length.
"Pat. Pend." printed on the barrel.

This is a Pre-Ai lens. Please keep this in mind before pairing it
with a camera to avoid damage.

Vintage condition, marks and scuffs here and there.

The feel of focusing is good for a vintage prime,
the helicoid turns with reasonable speed and resistance.

The glass has minimal coating marks, no heavy scratches or fungus.
The aperture is good and the dust inside is minimal.

The filter thread on the silver front ring is a bit stiff.
I put a glass-free filter ring on the front which has a perfect thread.
Naturally you can remove this ring, but it doesn't add vignetting and
it prevents cross-threading when changing filters fast.

The lens comes with the above mentioned front ring, a UV filter,
front and back caps and a collapsible rubber hood.
