This is a 1940s Conner & Gibbs Chief Wahoo Cleveland Indians bank. Gibbs and Conner was company out of Cleveland, Ohio that made some ultra collectible banks. The Indians were the hometown team and they are the most plentiful from the company. Other, more rare teams, have versions that sell in the thousands.
