Horn is in good condition . The instrument shows some finish wear with some small dings and scratches from normal use. 

The paddle action feels normal or close to normal. 

My initial evaluation did not find any broken linkage or keys, but then again there were no service records which accompany this horn. Its possible some additional repair and or routine service may be needed after playing and re-evaluating. Description is based on my limited knowledge of the instrument and its playability upon initial visual  inspection.
