About Shipment

Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment.

We have multiple warehouse in United States, item may ship from California or others, please kindly understand.

Normally we ship the item via shipping method which you choose from the item page. But for some special case, because of peak season or other specified reasons, we may contact you for shipping method change.

Please provide correct full shipping address, postal code and telephone number to avoid shipping delay or being charged with additional cost.If delivery address is remote area in the relevant shipping company's system, additional USD15-50.00 will be charged for remote area delivery.

We offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty for this product to ensure your satisfaction with its quality and performance.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any quality-related issues with the product, we have two options available to you:

1. You may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Alternatively, you can choose to have the product repaired at our labor and parts cost within 60 days of purchase.
