The iconic trouser worn by Steve McQueen in the 1963 film, The Great Escape has landed here at Son of a Stag, and are a brilliant interpretation of the WWII military chino. Toys McCoy has painstakingly reproduced the trousers with permission from the McQueen estate, and have used the finest materials and construction methods they could get their hands on. Cut from a 100% cotton chino, these trousers boast a comfortable mid-rise with a traditional trouser top block. Two side-entry pockets are included on the front, along with a subtle watch pocket, and two welted pockets on the back.

These chinos are cut in a slim straight fit, perhaps a little slimmer than you might expect to find from a 1940’s model, but give an iconic narrow silhouette. A button-fly is lined with Urea mil-spec buttons, and the pocket bags and waistband facings are made up of a durable cotton drill. Custom stencils have been added to the interior, including one on the front pocket, and a ‘Toys McCoy Costume Co. Hollywood Cal.’ stencil on the waistband. The brand has also included a custom woven brand ID label, which has been authentically filled in with ‘The King of Cool's details. These trousers are a must-have for McQueen fans and military enthusiasts alike and are a brilliant addition to the collection. (Sizing is small - please size up)
