This is a 1970 S/S Jefferson Nickel with a possible new find RePunched Mintmark RPM.  The only RPM for the 1970 S in Variety Vista doesn't quite match the photos/example for the RPM#3 listed.  I haven't been able to find another publication or site example.  The secondary Mintmark is south-southwest of the primary.  The only marker I see is a small die gouge in field next to Jefferson's nose.
