You get a Nikon F Mount PRE AI version of the Nikon 24mm f/2.8 N.C 24mm f/2.8. Serial number 399444. This dates from 1974 and is multi coated. The lens is marked Made In Japan on the black focus ring. The lens has smooth focus. The glass looks quite nice. No fungus, haze or scratches. There is minor dust. 

The aperture rotates smoothly and is working, but there is obvious oil on the diaphragm blades. This will need to be addressed. 

Overall cosmetics are 9 with some wear on the bottom edge of the aperture ring. 

I will include the proper early lens caps and a nice Nikon lens case.
