Originally purchased on eBay around 25 years ago.
Custom made, printed in the darkroom, signed, dated and titled just under the image.

Michael Berkowitz (1952 -) is a native of New York City, NY. For most of his life he was a Sculptor, performance and installation artist. Though he began doing photography as a young teen, he never considered exploring it as an art form. Over 25 years ago, after seeing a book of photographs from the 1800s, he decided to take up large format photography seriously. Inspired by the elaborate studio setups of early photographic portraiture, he incorporated his artistic skills into his photos, designing and making sets, costumes, and jewelry for his subjects.
In October of 2017, Berkowitz received the "Erotic Artist of the Year, 2017" award from Jade, The International Erotic Art and Literature Magazine.

I've recently turned 70 and been thinking a lot about what a great life I've had, and to have made it this far. Will I still be selling photographs 30 years from now, God only knows, but it's doubtful. Will I be selling over the next 10 years, I'm hopeful. I've started updating my website, and adding more photographs to my two Etsy stores, and will continue to sell sell sell more here on eBay.
