Old Antique Mouth Blown HAND PAINTED Ruffled Quilted Glass Vase PRE FENTON

GREAT vintage Condition, no chips nor cracks

I BOUGHT THIS IN ANTIQUE STORE.  The woman who sold this to me that this vase is from Pre Fenton era.  On the bottom you can see the sign that this vase was mouth blown (not like Fenton). 

HAND PAINTED flowers

It could be from MT. Washington, but I cannot say for sure. 

Approx. 8.5" T x 4" W (in its widest spot).
