Coleco doll nylon windbreaker jacket.  Bright blue with red checked ruffle accent.  Does not say cabbage patch kids anywhere on it, but it does fit as you can see.    (Doll is not included, she’s just the model).

Not perfect, has a spot on back of one sleeve, elastic has aged and lost it’s stretch, it zips and unzips, however, the zipper is temperamental.  So best for a display doll rather than one that gets played with.

Thanks for looking at this vintage but not perfect piece of retro doll clothing.  I saw similar jackets out there but none with the red checked ruffle.
