The record jacket folds open into a centerfold. The first photo shows the cover. The second photo is the back cover. Photos 3 and 4 display the contents of the centerfold which contains notes about the movie and record. The jacket has record bleed through on the back. Otherwise, the cover is in very good condition. The condition of the vinyl record is excellent.
