Jean-Paul Garnier (died 14 February 1869, Paris), usually known as Paul Garnier, was a 19th century French watchmaker and mechanic. He is best known for providing railway station in France and Romania with station clocks.

The watch has original nickel chrome case. The case of this watch have two rear cover - external and internal. The presence of the inner lid - this is a good sign of quality watch. It is used to protect the mechanism from dust and to provide added protection from moisture. The surface of this lid also engraved "PAUL GARNIER HORLOGER DE LA MARINE PARIS". The manual wind gold plated HIGHER-QUALITY mechanism with BI-METALLIC SWAN NECK MICROMETER REGULATOR & BLUE BREGUET BALANCE SPRING is stamped "PAUL GARNIER". The watch has beautiful original white porcelain dial in very good condition and signed "PAUL GARNIER". On face side, dome glass is plastic. To the watch a NEW watchband is added in a GIFT. The watch has been restored, checked and calibrated by a master watchmaker and is in good running condition. This unique watch was kept till our time in good condition.
