This 9" x 12" Photography of Buzz Aldrin climbing out of Apollo 11 module to become the second man in history to set foot on the surface of the moon in July 1969.

While it appears to have the signatures of Neil Armstrong, Micharl Collins, and Buzz Arnstrong, these are not authentic signatures as verified by a number of sources, including Steve Zarelli.

This photograph was an estate sale find, and its previous owner was WWII veteran Thomas F. Grigg, who collected NASA photos, autographs, and ephemera and also collected many other military items, especially from  the Navy. According to family members, Mr. Grigg would never part with this iconic photo and kept it hanging in a prominent place in his home until his death. He treated it as if the signatures were authentic.

The NASA photograph is an authentic print.
