This is a watch commemorating the 25th anniversary of NASA's Apollo 11 mission. 

The watch dates from 1995. 

Quartz movement. 

The crystal face is clear, without marks or scratches. The stainless steel back is also in very good condition, without scratches. The leather Speidel replacement band has some wear. This watch works, but it does need a new battery.
