Pulled from the archives of Caretta Inc. one of the preeminent manufactures of coin jewelry in the 1980's & distributed through fine jewelers.  This 14kt yellow gold coin ring features 16 prong set round brilliant natural/mined diamonds of .03 ct each totalling 1/2 carat.     The ring is small size 4 & can be sized up or down by any good jeweler.

It is about 17.3 mm across at the top & has a 14k stamp on the inside.

For it's age, the coin, being a U.S. $1.00 type 1  (13mm in diameter) is in good condition.  The obverse is very clean & the comments already mentioned some scratching on the coin at the 10:00 - 11:00 area that is easily seen in the photos.

It weighs 4.8 grams.    The coin is United States genuine coin & is about 22kt gold, the ring is 14kt yellow gold. There is some rhodium (white plating) around the diamonds.

The Jewelry Factory will provide an appraisal for insurance purposes with a replacement value of $3,600.00 although this type of ring & coin combination is quite difficult to find anymore & probably not easily replaceable.

Ring will come with a Jewelry Factory branded leatherette gift box.

Please review the photographs for close up details as returns will not be accepted.   The ring is polished & in good shape with no sign of repairs.
