POSTAGE INFORMATION:
All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24. If a postal upgrade is purchased, the order will instead be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For for large letter orders and special delivery for parcels.

All International orders must be posted via International Tracked & Signed and I do not offer an untracked alternative. I'm sorry for this, as I'm aware of how expensive the postage is, but due to a mix of Etsy, Royal Mail & customer errors, too many of my International packages are going missing, and it's too expensive to keep incurring losses.

I USE RECYCLED SHIPPING MATERIALS:
Both as a means of keeping my costs as low as possible, and as a means of not wasting materials, I may ship your item in a recycled box, if your order is of a 'small parcel' size (note that this won't affect letter/large letter orders). This may be a box from Amazon, ASDA, anything - it depends what I have on the day!
It absolutely WILL NOT affect the integrity of the package, so please don't worry about that - your package will be safe.
