You are bidding on a wonderful complete antique book containing 24 Mezzotint Plates featuring the ‘Beauties’ of Claude Lorraine from 1825.

Each page measures approximately 17” by 12” and each image was engraved by various eminent engravers on steel for reproduction.

The book is in untouched antique condition- The hard cover is detached and the pages are largely loose, but all plates are present. There are age related marks to several of the plates, but they would frame up beautifully should you wish to separate them out. Please review photos as they form part of the description.
