Vintage RARE WELDEN PA Dutch Redware Glazed Tile Artist Signed “WELDEN IWS”

Irene Welden Seagroves - Weldon Pottery, Bucks County, PA. Weldon produced pottery in the 60's and 70's with cute designs and little sayings on them - sometimes called "Mottoware". The sayings and floral decoration are scored through the glaze to reveal the red clay underneath after it was painted. This is hand-signed "Weldon IWS” on the bottom
