Very cool piece.

I had a dealer look at it, and they told me it was authentic. The cool thing is that this was sold by one of the most famous forgers in history.

This came from his gallery, making it exceptionally collectible. Even more so if it was a fake that was produced by his lab behind his gallery. This guy’s fakes are often selling for more than the original price he asked, just because of his famous story. Very cool piece of history in multiple ways.
