ROCO HO 04187 C Electric Locomotive E 626 059 of the FS, Ep. IV

Working pantographs, NEM 362 standard coupling pocket, driven by a 5-pole motor, driven on two axles and fitted with 4 traction tires to give the necessary pulling power, directional headlights control white/red light change, length: 173 mm

The locomotive was bought new and is in very good condition and has been tested on a short test track. There is one part on the front of the locomotive that can come off when the locomotive is taken out of the box. See the last two photos. The part, a hood, is undamaged and can be put right back on. It acts like a lid. As long as the locomotive is in an upright position on tracks, it is fine, but a slight glue job is called for to keep the piece in place. The enclosed maintenance instructions and parts replacement information sheet shows its age. There are add-on parts, some loose in the box.

The 626 was first procured in 1931 primarily used for passenger service, sometimes for freight
 traffic as well.

The first three images are stock photos. Image 4 shows the hood, marked with a yellow line, that comes off easily. All the following photos are mine.

The model is hard to find.
