This is a Longaberger Wrought Iron Stack Rack, 1 WoodCrafts Shelf and 1 Basket.

The rack measures approximately 17"H x 6.75"W x 4.75"D.

It has two shelves and 3 hooks at the bottom.

The rack has the Longaberger signature maple leaf on the scroll work.  

It is from the Foundry Collection.

It includes 1 WoodCrafts dark brown stained shelf.

The set comes with a blue green tea basket with 2 small leather handles.

The basket has its product card.

It comes with a hard plastic protector (#40845). It has no cracks or chips.

These items are in excellent condition.
