The dress is in TLC condition. The shoulder area has some fraying on both sides. It maybe able to be patched but I will leave that to winner. Colors are a bit more muted than what the picture is showing. Snaps are present. Hat is in decent shape! Overall it would display fine even with the fraying on the backside.
