H V Kaltenborn's New War Map 3rd edition Pure Oil Co

A fantastic World War II map of Europe by H.V. Kaltenborn, then the Dean of American Radio Broadcasters. The map was issued by the Pure Oil Company, the sponsor of Mr Kaltenborn's radio broadcast. This great map opens to 26 1/2" x 20". On one side is a large map of Europe showing existing 1940 War Zone borders. on the other side are charts comparing the inventories and capabilities of Great Britain, France, the Soviet Union, Romania, Turkey, Germany and Italy in Military Aircraft Strength, Warship Strength and Loses and Merchant Tonnage and Losses Also there are maps showing the German conquered lands, the Balkan States , and air mileage in Europe, and more. The map is in fine condition and very interesting. There is a name written on the map. Has some edge wear.
