The book and cassette set is previously owned but remains in excellent 'like new' condition. The book is unused and undamaged. There is no damage at all, including no creasing of the spine. The cassette is also very good with no cracking/scratching to the case and no folds/bends/tears to the inlay. The tape has been tested and works fine.
