Condition: This piece seems to have been made exclusively for decorative purpose, as the stick does not seem to come out. At least, I cannot pull it out. The face drawing is imperfect and there is uneven coloring/discoloration on the pieces. Please note that the color runs when this is wet, which I learned the hard way when I cleaned this. There are some marks and nicks on the piece. The bottom red ring has a crack in it. There is some sticker residue on the bottom which, because of the color running issue, I made no effort to get off and would not recommend that you do it, either.
