Bohemian hand painted art glass vase is beautifully decorated with hand painted floral and woodland plants. The colourful Botanical artistry is of a blooming Bearded Iris flower, a vine of Ivy and a branch with reddish leaves. Vibrant polychrome enameling is wonderfully preserved with much detail.

Mould blown shape of this vase is a tapered bulbous form with and the ground colour is a satin opal white. The rim is cut. On the bottom of the low footed base there's grounded edges along the perimeter.

Not signed. Attributed to Harrach, Muhlhaus, Tischer or another Bohemian glasshouse / refinery.

Circa. 1895-1915. 

18-1/2" tall. The rim is 2-3/4" diameter. The base is 5" diameter. 7" wide, at best.
