Overall in good condition, wrap us brand new Delmar Gold Sparkle, this is a close match to the vintage colour used during this period. Tall Boy hoops have fine pitting all over, lugs are nicer as is the spigot plate mount. Shell has has some cosmetic repair to both the inner and outer ply, the structure though is fine. Has two pin head sized holes under the wrap, may have been for a badge? There is no air hole in the shell or any clue as to the type of badge originally fitted, so I've left it without one. Bearing edges are good, tom is pre International sized, batter head is brand new and as is common, a tight fit into the hoop. Bottom head looks to be the original, it's certainly period correct. Has correct, matching slotted tension rods, shell is birch with beech reinforcing rings. Dampner is a later Premier one, this has has a new felt and was fitted into the factory original  holes.
