8&3/4" x 5&7/8" beige cloth maroon leather spine hardcover published by Merrill & Baker out of New York. Via Internet search I found that there were not a great dea of books published by this company, date of publishing unknown. Spine has some wear, heavy tan speckling (foxing) at edges but binding is good, no ripped or written on pages, there are some pages still unseparated fully (see pic 9), the only illustration appears opposite title page (see pic 5).
