Selmer Signet Special 100 Clarinet With Selmer HS Mouthpiece.  I'm not a player but this one looks to be in really nice condition for it's age.  The serial number is 124637.  There was a receipt, that is shown, that looks like it was overhauled back in 2012.  Not sure how much use it had after that as this came from an estate sale.  The case is in good condition also.
