About an inch high with rim.  The deep plates are very clean and in very good pre-owned condition.  As with all pre-owned china, they do have some utensil marks and a little wear.  No cracks or chips.  Very heavy , each plate weighs approximately 1 lb 13 oz - .   Back of each plate reads " Homer Laughlin Best China USA K E"  From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
