This Lot is one New Motorola UHF Power Amplifier Module, 5W Output Power 700-900MHz, Part Nubmer: SHW5151. This module is designed for many models in 800MHz Motorola Two-Way Radio. Some design document link can be found below, PA section is on Page 8-5. I use this module designed a 5W Power Amplifier Model: MPA-0709 aslo selling on my eBay store, see attached link below. I also have Develop PCB designed for this module, link below. The part will delivery 10W if running on 12V DC power, however the PCB I designed and RF metal housing with the size of heatsink make more comfortable with 9V and 5W output. Device marking: 85Y12.
