I do not know which model this goes to, but you should be able to match it physically by the photo.

These parts are original vintage over-stocked items in new condition still in their original packaging (some have been opened for photographic purposes only). The majority of these parts have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are rare to come by. Get it while you can.
