A modern reproduction map from the atlas "The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britaine" by John Speed.

Dated 1610, the map was hand coloured in a naive style early in its life.
It has been printed to retain the look of the original paper, and the marks and stains acquired throughout its 400 years of existence.
Please note that the reverse is blank, unlike the original map which displayed John Speed's description of the county.

Printed on heavyweight paper.
The printed area is 59.4x42cm (plus a narrow white border) which will fit a standard A2 frame exactly when the white border is cut off.
This is a flat-sheet map (not folded) dispatched rolled in tissue within a cardboard postal tube.
Sent by Royal Mail 48, delivery is usually with 3 working days of posting.
