This is a Peruvian ceramic beautiful totem pole bead.  It measures approximately 30mm by 43mm and is drilled through the top, side to side, for stringing.  These beads are handmade so there may be slight differences from bead to bead.  It is available in a choice of red, blue, white, or brown. You may choose an individual bead, a set of five of the same color, or a set of four beads including one of each color. Peruvian ceramic beads are not toys and are not intended for children.
